Quick Start Guide: Getting Up and Running with Lightroom Mobile

OK, technically “Lightroom on Your Mobile Device”, but you understand what I meant! Before we continue on with that topic, allow me to apologize for being MIA this week; some big projects at home kept me completely overwhelmed all week long. However, I did manage to squeeze out time for an “Blind Photo Critiques” episode of The Grid featuring Paul “The Koberman” Kober (see it below)

On Monday I shot a location portrait of a ballerina in an old theater using two Profoto B1xs and one D1. This course on lighting will soon be available on KelbyOne (more info to come when it does!). Here’s one of the finals from that shoot below; along with behind-the-scenes and final shots. We shot six times total — starting in her dressing room which proved challenging with mirrors everywhere, low solid black ceiling, tight space but we made it work in six shots total!). Here’s one final from that shoot below (we did six shoots altogether:): Below

But today I have something special from Terry White on getting up and running with Lightroom on mobile devices; if you’re just getting started using it remotely, you will love this! Below I have embedded it — part of his weekly photography master class live-streamed podcast series.

Today I posted all of the details and a trailer of my upcoming workshop to my blog (here’s the link), or you can directly go to its sign-up page (limited to 15 photographers total). Hope I see you there (I have an incredible workshop planned from start to finish!).

Have a lovely weekend everyone, and I will return with my regular blog-a-roonie schedule next week – don’t forget to come back then.
