Findings from Friday’s Survey on Lightroom Mobile Usage

The results of the Friday survey on Lightroom for mobile devices.

It’s worth downloading and giving it a try if you haven’t already.

Interesting note:
A margin of just 8% separates “You bet!” from the “Not interested” crowd. I was surprised until I read the comments about the reasons, which ranged from “It won’t work with the software version of OS I use” to “There isn’t a Kindle Version” to “It’s too small for phone and I don’t have a Tablet.”

Another stat that is interesting:
Overall, 64% are either not using, cannot use, or do not plan to use it.
I’d guess that the 29% who aren’t interested in it would decrease significantly if they downloaded and used it. Adobe is always improving it, so I use it more.

I have one item on my “wish list” that I would love to see added, and while it doesn’t affect my usage of Lightroom mobile, it sure would make the experience better if you could drag and drop to rearrange the order of individual thumbnails on the device (instead of having to goA to the desktop version of Lightroom on your computer; rearrange them there, and then those changes areA updated in the mobile version).
There are no photo Apps I know of that require you to go to your computer to rearrangeA thumbnails. This is long overdue.

Thank you to all who took part in the survey. Have a wonderful Monday! Check back tomorrow to learn a great tip about Lightroom from one of our readers.
